Well, As I had mentioned in an earlier posting, mr cherrin works for himself as a lawyer out of his home, a PR b0y for Caponigro Public relations, asd as a lobbist for another of his entities, northcoast strategies.

The question is, how effective is he. I'd say pretty effective but not in his own right. He just happens to have a large number of individuals that call him a friend.

The big question is, does mr cherrin have any influence in the region? does he have any sway with these individual listed above that consider cherrin their friend? Has their been any lobbying by cherrin on behalf of parkwest to make this an uneven playing field for their (parkwest's) competitors or detractors. I am not sure, it looks really suspicious to me. I will be continuing on my investigation, reviewing the voting records of elected officials to see if there were items that specifically favored cherrin's client parkwest gallery
