 Don't worry, I am still here but been
digging deep into my investigation into the dark underside of the gallery. I
guess my offier to accept any information has begun to pay off. What do you
know !! I've got 30,000+ email addresses purportedly to be those of Parkwest
Gallery Customers. Now i wonder what i should do with them? Any
suggestions?
I am really tempted to create an email marketing campaign
to ask each of these customers if they feel that their 'investments' have
helped them in the weather this horrid economic down turn. If they haven't
recently thought about their 'investments' maybe they should check out the news
about their pukewest posters.
Now, i checked with my sources from within parkwest
gallery. and by golly, these really look like they are authenticate customers
!! Now i am sure that parkwest and their hired henchmen are going to think i am
kidding, let's drop a few names.

basically, there are email addresses from every state,
every canadian provience, the UK, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands .. etc. My
understanding is some of these email addresses are from those that attended
auctions but did not necessarily win an auction. I am looking forward to
getting their purchase totals ( wink wink ). being that i am going to michigan soon.. I
might even have to go visit the Farmers as i understand they've bought a lot. I
wonder what they will think of their VIP status after that meeting.
I see that there are so many jumping into the quagmire
now. we've got lawsuits, counter suits, parkwest suing they own customers. That
is freaking great. suing your own customers, now where was that in the Business Adminstration
syllabus, i must have missed that lecture.
I am sure that al baby hasn't been hearing the people.. so
here is some friendly advice, pull out the beltone's, drop in some new
batteries, and you will hear that dull buzzing you've been hearing, is actually
a roar of a hurricane bearing down on you. good luck I think its a category 5.
Sucks to be you, but your henchmen will at least help to liberate you of your
money (forever working in your best interest .. LOL) as i am sure that they are
not going to follow you down, at least they have an exit strategy.
Oh another friendly note, you probably need to patch your
email server. and congratulations on donating your way to an honorary degree
from CMU. I wonder if i can git me a PhD in Thinkology. Den me and yous kan

I'd previously mentioned that i am investigating the
Circle Fine Art - Parkwest Purchase and that seems to be going well. So what
kind of great deals did you get for pennies on the dollar there al baby .. this
is getting interesting. I'll keep you posted on the results.

Oh it looks like Robinson Lerer & Montgomery is
going to be helping really soon. They have been all over my website recently.
Actually they've been more active than parkwest itself. So that must mean that
we should be seeing something coming from them soon. Boy I hope you folks have
done your homework , this is a really big can of worms and what you might be
hearing from the albert scaglione might be a bit less then truthful, i wonder
how much has been redacted from the information he has supplied you. Tread
carefully into this quagmire. Well, you've been duly informed. With that being

this is great folks parkwests' newest appraiser Caroline
Ashleigh a self proclaimed authority of
fabric (why is she appraising prints al?) back in 2003 created
a document for the
Michigan Bar Journal entitled ' Using "Expert" Art
Appraiser - what a lawyers need to know' . I wonder of any of parkwest
appraisers (al baby, mini marc scaglione, bill smith, morris shapiro, albert
molina, bernard ewell or even ms ashleigh herself) can say that they can meet
these qualification. What do you think?
What does a self-anointed art expert and largest
purveyor of 'fine art in the world', the
corporations that own really big boats, a previously employed magazine editor,
a big metropolitan Detroit PR firm, a dumpster diver and a wanna be guerrilla
PR girl have in common ?
MONEY !!
And lots of it. The man paying for all these
people is mr Al scaglione himself. What is al paying them
for? In some cases, it is to maintain a captive audience where they can ply
their dog and pony show to get you to by their art at 'wholesale' prices at
auction. In others it is , in my opinion, is
to fund a serious smear campaign against what might be a competitor.
Why should you care? Well, if you've ever
'won' an auction run by Park West Gallery in
Southfield Michigan, You might want to do your own research on the Internet and
see what has been going on for what seems to be well over a year.
Go to your favourite search engine and type in 'parkwest
at sea legal battle' or how about 'parkwest inside edition' or how about
'parkwest at sea investigation'.
The amount of information is nearly overwhelming. Over
the next few days, weeks and months, I will be providing to you .. interested
individuals .. a very interesting glimpse into what I have found through press
releases made by or on behalf of parkwest gallery on the Internet going back to
nearly 1997.
You will be utterly surprised to find out about the major
players in this whole sordid event are. Who these major players consider
friends.

And before you think this is going to
be a bunch of made up posts, I will be providing you, my reading public, links
to the pertinent documents on the Internet, and in the event that parkwest is
able to get the information removed, I've already downloaded them and can post
the documents on this site where necessary.
Additionally, I'll provide you instructions on how to
use the 'cached' feature of a major search engine to pull up a web page that
has been deleted from a website .. or one that may have been changed.
And on top of that , I will point you to a website
which has been archiving the Internet for a very long time that may also have
the documents you might be interested in.

So what are we going to start with
?
Let's start off with the brains of the smear campaign.
You might think it is al scaglione. Sorry,
you'd be wrong. al might have a Ph.D. , he thinks he is the smartest person
that he knows. I've met the man (al), very sure of himself. always thinks he is
right. He is probably telling the brains of the operation what he want to be
done. In my opinion, telling is probably light in this case, more than likely,
demanding what the ultimate goal for them is.
So who is the brains of the operation?
louis postel the former magazine editor/interior designer
now paid writer/consultant to parkwest? again probably not. he does have some
pretty harsh words to say on this newly minted website,
www.aboutfineartregistry.com .. but he seems like a little man in my opinion ..

Nope, i believe the real brains behind this operation is
none other than mr. dan cherrin of caponigro
public relations inc in southfield michigan. This individual has release a huge
number of press releases on behalf of parkwest. Why mr. cherrin, well in my
opinion, he is the most well connected
individual of the major players.
What do i mean by well connected?
His circle of friends
include a number of business leaders from the community, state and federal
elected officials (will be detailing what offices they hold and what committees
they have served or are currently serving on in future posts), paid political
lobbyists, major news outlet reporters both in print and broadcast. the breadth
of his affiliations has me digging deeper and deeper in to the Internet
building a much larger picture of his potential affiliations. It is just
amazing.
I'll be providing links to the information i find in
future postings for you to make your own determination on what might be going
on here. I'll provide to you publicly available phone numbers and addresses to
the individual so you can contact them yourself to see if they indeed did
actually say what they have posted on the Internet or were made public via a
press release or other public forums. |

Ok, let's say you decide to come back and
visit the site what are we going to learn?
- How about Caponigro's
(cherrin's) plan on how to address a crisis situation as had happened
when there was the expose' done by Inside Edition.
- Whose son may have had a run in with the law. mr
beaman's own son Tim Beaman has admitted on his myspace
page that
'Unfortunately I got in a scuffle with the law and couldn't move.' It also
seems that timmyb also admits to have a general addiction to marijuana and
booze. If you want to see him to play for you as a musician , not recommended
for those with descerning ears for music .. his passion is Hip-Hop. You can
give him a shout out in South Lake Tahoe. I wonder what little timmy is trying
to drown out with drugs and booze. Some say that is nature .. I think it is
nurture. I wonder what the scientific mind of scags thinks .. hey al, care to
cast a vote, nature vs. nurture?
- Whose son may have ran his snowmobile into a vehicle
by not
stopping at a road crossing (he's ok i don't believe it
knocked any sense into him. just the snowmobile and vehicle got cracked up).

- Whose spouse has serious illness that is going to
require a lot of money to maintain a quality of life. Money, in my opinion that
parkwest could easily afford. Think Team MTC .. Going to Kzoo late this summer
are we? How much is scaglione kicking in?
- letters released by parkwest to their customers on
how to potential skew the results on a merchant feedback site (guys you should
make sure you only send it to customers that like you . that one was a serious
oops tracy)
- how julia and
tracy know mr postel.
- who is going to be taking off for their vacation home
in Vermont in August. . probably
working on some new attack postings on their website and blog
- Parkwest's attempt to 'trick google' into higher
rankings using SEO (search engine optimization) and trying to push the
disfavoring links off the main page. hey have you seen parkwests brand spanking
new website? isn't it sick .. oops .. slick. it has all the hallmarks of a
search engine optomized site .. lots of links to brand new sites that they have
made in the last few month, lots of paid bloggers blogging about how great the
gallery isn't .. they spew the same stuff. don't believe me that a lot of them
are paid bloggers? look at their sites .. usually they will post a little
notice that they accept payment in cash, merchandise .. etc, and that it may
effect the content of their blog posting .. this is most definenately not
unbiased reporting. so in the past few month, parkwest has spread their word
about how great they are .. they are attempting to drown out their detractors
.. like me. Anyway, I've heard from my contact that parkwest has spent in
excess of 50,000 dollars on their brand spanking new website .. umh al , you
were ripped off .. but don't worry it comes with a certificate of authenticity
! I am trying to determine how much of their ill gotten booty they've spent on
bloggers, but they seem to think they got a good deal. Yep, keep flooding the
internet b0yz, I'll still find information to the contrary, and I'll post it
here. Visitors will keep coming and .. they won't have to scour the net. I'll
already have done the hard work for them .. and for free !
- parkwest may have finally over come the
"ripoffreport.com" negative postings . It wasn't free :) .. according
to my source at the gallery, it cost them (last year) over 50,000 dollars to
make nice with ripoffreport.com and join their advocacy program .. hey al ! ..
how much a month does it cost to be an advocacy program member?. The decided to
pay them off due to the fact that they couldn't get ripoffreport out of the top
few google ranked pages. they tried and tried by setting up new websites to
fool google into giving them a higher page ranking. but they finally relented
and paid them off. Well at least that is what information i received.
- Oh yeah . mr beaman, pretending to be a 'freelance
writer'. i know about you too.
 I will also look into the how parkwest's values may
relate to potential over inflated insurance
claims (if anyone
has information they wish to share please send it in)
