Can anyone confirm/disprove that ParkWest gallery bought the assets from Circle Fine Art in Chicago in the mid 1990's. at their bankruptcy liquidation?
Does anyone have information regarding the issue that the works from Circle Fine Arts were originally on consignment and that the artists works were sold at liquidation without compensation to the artists?
Does anyone have a report from an insurance company that discusses the problems with casualty/losses of appraised parkwest prints?
Can anyone confirm that all of parkwest's contracts have performance clauses with the cruiselines with respect to minimum sales per passenger?
